Hello Everyone! Yes, it’s been awhile. I attended a 3 day crop this past weekend and had a lovely time! I met a few new scrap-booking buddies and I’m thrilled! Really nice group of girls. Anyway, I spent a few days or so before the crop getting ready, ya know… packing everything I own and then some. So very thankful for my teenager that lugged it all up and down the stairs without hardly complaining at all. I had a great time socializing, and getting a few things done, however… it was so nice to get back to my own bed!
Today was the first day of Online Card Classes – His & Hers!!! How exciting!!! I really need this class you see, because, well… I’m a her and I have 2 her children and well… I’m good at “her” cards, but no so much “his”. I’m CERTAIN this class will help. Oh and if you’ve never taken one of their classes you really need to check it out!
Here is my “HER” card. I just *LOVE* this stamp set and well, I hope you guys never get sick of it because well… it’s my favorite and really has become my “go to” set. I really think Kristina hit the mark with this one… all around. This set coupled with Hero Arts – Mid-Tone Shadow inks – a match made in heaven. I hope you like it.
Now here is my “HIS” card and I have to say… I really like it! I used a shadow stamp technique – one I’ve not ever used before and well… I dig it! I hope you enjoy it!
